Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative with us, you are a central part of our dynamic team and play a crucial role in creating and developing new business opportunities. You are responsible for prospecting new customers, identifying customer needs, selling our services, and handling incoming inquiries. You will be one of our primary contact points with customers and work on building strong, long-term customer relationships. Your role will involve:

• Create new opportunities: Prospect new customers via phone and contribute to our success by booking meetings for our sales representatives.
• Customer responsibility: Manage incoming inquiries and existing customer portfolio to drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Customer focus: Identify and understand customer needs to offer the right solutions and create added value.
• Results-oriented work: Set and achieve clear sales goals, both individually and as a team.
• Collaboration and teamwork: Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment where we work together towards success.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong desire and drive to develop both personally and professionally.
• Is goal-oriented and responsible, with the ability to work in a structured and efficient manner.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You express yourself convincingly and confidently.
• Is service-oriented and solution-focused. Experience in sales is an advantage, but your commitment and willingness to learn are the most important.
